Cooking Instructions:

Require: Rice Vermicelli 400g (soak, soften), 1tbsp cooking oil, bean srpouts, chili padi

  1. Add 1 tbsp cooking oil into frying pan with 1 packet of Mee Siam Paste, and 3/4 cup water, mix well and boil.
  2. Add rice vermicelli (softened) and stir fry until gravy is completed absorbed.
  3. Add bean sprouts, chili padi (cut) and serve hot.
  4. OPTIONAL: Add calamansi juice to brighten the taste

Ingredients: Sugar, tamarind paste, salt, pepper, chili, candlenut, galangal, preserved soy bean, tomato paste, turmeric, vegetable oil, lemongrass.

Servings: Packet of 90g for 5 to 6 servings.
